Entelechy devises imaginative ways to consult with and listen to people whose voices and interests are not being heard. The company has developed programmes of work linking arts practice to people's human rights: artists work with advocates to support people's voices to be heard; multi-media arts programmes bring together dance, theatre, storytelling, video, computer arts and music; training programmes connect local experience and knowledge to national training needs.

The work is about membership, inclusion, recognition and respect.

"We have worked with Entelechy for ten years. They are one of the only local organisations providing truly integrated opportunities for people. The arts are a very overlooked area, often just seen as filling time. The project has opened up real opportunities for people enabling them to speak up, form relationships, develop confidence and establish healthy lifestyles. It has made a big impact on people's lives. One of the project's strengths is its ability to work with the everyday". Sarah Maguire, Regional Director, Choice Support
