"Turkish
bread. Ekmek. Get a rolling pin, rolling pin. Thin, thin, thin, thin
with the rolling pin. Roll it like that, roll it, roll it, roll it.
Make bread when its thin. When you roll it gets bigger and bigger.
Flatter. Halvah halvah halvah. Sweet. I eat halvah in Turkey, Istanbul,
Ankara..."

| Creative
ideas involve ways to capture memory, phrases of song, sound fragments,
temperature, colour, transformations of light, portraits. The groups
collect objects, record conversations, share memories, have meals
together, and create tactile photos. Projects take us on journeys
close to nature: in parks, to Kew Gardens, by the sea; or through
urban landscapes on trains, under bridges, down lifts, working site-specifically.
